HSR refresher training is recommended annually after the initial 5 day training course to ensure that HSRs stay updated with any changes in regulations, current best practices, and have a platform for networking and discussing specific issues they may face in their respective workplaces, thereby consistently enhancing their ability to maintain safety standards.

Pre-requisites:
Completion of the HSR – 5-day course
What you will learn:
- Updates on WHS laws and regulations
- Refresh skills in hazard spotting and risk control
- Review effective worker-management consultation
- Refresh inspection and investigation techniques
- Revisit HSR roles and responsibilities
- Strengthen strategies to promote safety culture
Certification:
There is no formal qualification or assessment for this course. You will receive certification of participation and attendance on completion.
